The Association of Finnish University and Research Establishment
Staff is a reliable partner for safeguarding your interests, with
activities founded on the needs of members and the working community.
We are part of an expert and capable trade union movement whose
important task is to safeguard and develop the status of salaried
employees both in Finnish society and at international level. Central to
our work on behalf of members is ensuring the terms and security of
their employment relationships, and taking care of their social
benefits. Important, too, is the development of working life and
conditions in such a way as to ensure well-being at work and the
achievement of a harmonic balance between work and private life.
